UpSpring Therapy provides counseling and therapy services to the Northwest Arkansas community.
SERVICES
Individual and Family Therapy Services:
Intake appointments typically take about 90 minutes. An assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan will be established while a therapeutic relationship is established to assist an individual or families in alleviating mental or emotional symptoms, conditions or disorders. Subsequent therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes long. Treatment focus, duration and frequency will be tailored to everyone’s specific needs and desired outcomes of therapy. Psychological Testing Services:
Psychological evaluations are available to clarify and establish diagnoses related to problems with emotional or behavioral functioning for both children and adults. Clarifying a diagnosis can lead to more effective and focused treatment and more effective symptoms reduction. Specific testing for ADHD, differential diagnosis of mood and behavioral disorders, personality disorders, intellectual functioning, learning, and adaptive functioning is available.
